On April 15, 2024, at 11:20 AM, a mobile rapid response unit and officers from a nationwide service point (Ban San Tom intersection) assisted a passenger car with license plate number KB 4272 Phitsanulok on Highway 21, Nong Bong - Phu Sawan section, at kilometer 376+000 on the left side of the road. The cause was engine overheating and a faulty cooling fan. The officers inspected the vehicle, advised on refilling the radiator, and the driver was able to continue their journey normally.
